Time to kick off the latest episode of This Week in Aruba, which covers the events from Monday, April 30th to Sunday, May 6th or also known as timeshare week 17.
First of all, this is coming out a day late because of I was out of town for a very important family event, which is the wedding of Catie, Maggie’s daughter. Normally I would give my shoutout to a specific person or specific people, but for this week, I’d just like to thank everyone who made it to the ceremony and also to the ones who offered congratulatory and heartfelt words, great advice, and support to me. Thank you so much!

Next we’re going to jump into what looks like a very light cruise ship schedule for this week. I include this so you may plan your beach days or schedule accordingly.
So we will skip the news this week but I will mention that low season has officially begun in Aruba. It’s my favorite time of the year to travel down there. It’s just such an awesome experience when the island isn’t as crowded (well Aruba is always awesome no matter what time of the year) but the population can affect your enjoyment a bit. To everyone who’s down there at this time, do enjoy!
If there’s anything at all that you would like to suggest for the show or simply want to relay feedback, please do send me an email at curt@onehappypodcast.com or drop a voice message on our hotline number (302) 635-0815.
